Reflection

This project provided an opportunity to deepen my architectural design skills while focusing on the preservation and promotion of local dance culture. By applying the methodology developed in previous projects, I was able to create a thoughtful architectural proposal that integrates cultural significance with functional design. The process of conceptualizing a space dedicated to dance allowed me to explore how architecture can serve as a platform for cultural expression and community engagement. This project reinforced the importance of design in both preserving heritage and fostering future cultural growth. Most importantly the theme for this semester - poetic , though it was hard for me the grasp at first but at the end of the semester i realised poetic in architecture is a meaningful approach that goes beyond aesthetics to evoke emotion, tell stories, and connect people to space.
